Types CG-1950Z through CG-1600Z are zirconium substituted garnets. These materials are all free of gadolinium and other rare earth substitutes.
These garnet materials offer a very narrow line width and very low loss tangent. The zirconium substitute allows improved component performance when temperature stability is required. The frequency range of these materials is from C-band to X-band for non-resonant devices.
